  • First Connect 12 cohorts open in 2027. The interest list is open now. Signing up does not commit you to a group. It tells us you want to be considered when a group forms in your area, and it helps us decide where to start.

  • Not yet. There are no public cohorts meeting now. If you join the interest list, you will hear first when founding groups open.

  • Because cities, hosts, and founding participants take time to gather well. An honest list in 2026 is more useful than a rushed group. It also lets parents, supporters, and possible hosts raise their hand before launch.

Participants & Parents

  • No. Connect 12 removes dating pressure entirely. There’s no pairing off, no one‑on‑one situations, and no dating within your cohort during the 12‑week program. The goal is to build friendships first and expand each person’s social world in a safe, healthy way.

  • It ensures emotional safety, keeps the group dynamic relaxed, and preserves trust. If two people are interested, they can talk to leaders and revisit that after the program ends.

  • That’s normal! During the 12 weeks, simply keep everything friendship‑based and group‑based. After the program, you’re free to pursue a relationship—often with greater clarity and a stronger foundation.

  • Hosts will typically serve ages 20–35. Some groups may set a narrower band so the room fits. When founding cohorts are announced, each listing will include its age range.

  • Connect 12 is values-forward and welcomes anyone who respects the group’s culture and agreements. Individual cohorts may be hosted by churches or by community organizations. That will be clear when a group is listed.

  • 3–4 hours of shared, group‑based activities: a meal or snack, a rotating activity (games, outdoor time, service), and a short learning/discussion segment—always designed for groups of 3+.

  • We will look at age range, availability, location, and balance — 6 men and 6 women. A brief conversation helps make sure each person is ready to contribute to a safe, respectful experience. Those steps happen when a 2027 group is actually forming, not when you join the interest list.

  • Life happens. Please notify your leaders in advance. Missed weeks should be rare, as consistent presence is vital to group trust.

  • Program fees, if any, will be set locally to cover space, food, and materials. Scholarships may be available through hosts or sponsors.

  • We set clear expectations up front: respectful conduct, no 1‑on‑1, no dating within the cohort, and minimum group size = 3 for small breakouts. Leaders are trained to support a welcoming, accountable environment.

  • Yes. The structure is specifically designed to reduce pressure, help you participate comfortably, and build confidence over time—at your own pace.

  • Often yes, depending on balance and space. Both applicants still complete the brief interview and agree to the same commitments.

Hosts & Partners

  • We provide onboarding, a Facilitator Guide, weekly agendas, activity plans, and access to support channels. Leaders model warmth, fairness, and respect for the guidelines.

  • A living room, classroom, or community room works well. Kitchen access helps for meal nights. Outdoor options are a plus.

  • Yes. Some hosts will run more than one group — for example, different age bands or weeknights. We will help sequence and staff them once 2027 groups are opening.

  • Leaders are trained in simple conflict resolution and can escalate to Connect 12 support if needed. Safety and dignity come first.

  • We will share a clear hosting and materials picture in conversation. Nothing is owed for joining the interest list or a host briefing.

  • Attendance, completion rates, participant feedback, friendships formed, and post‑program introductions/relationships outside the cohort. We also track new groups launched and leader development.
